ESG regulatory discussion panel with Nasdaq and IBM moderated by RANE

In this webinar, our panel of experts discussed what regulatory actions can be expected this year and how companies can best prepare for them.

As we enter Q2, the landscape around environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting remains ambiguous with ad hoc regulations introduced in particular industries; or not at all. However, this is poised to change over the coming months amidst growing ESG concerns from consumers, investors, and regulators – for example, the U.S. SEC has proposed new ESG disclosure requirements. With ESG at the forefront this year, companies should take a more proactive approach when disclosing ESG metrics and considering the claims they make about their sustainability.

Panellists:

Mike Stiller (Global Head of ESG Advisory & Engagement, Nasdaq)

Anj Chadha (Chief Executive – ESG360°)

Christine Livingston (Senior Principal, Promontory Financial Group, a business unit of IBM Consulting)

This event took place on April 28th 12pm-1pm ET
